Hillbilly Turf

On 6/2/14, an internet order for 25 Zoysia grass slabs with sod plugger was placed with Hillbilly turf, [redacted], TN38372 and paid in full ($332.24) by my Noreast Daylilies [redacted] credit card with a note of shipping address to [redacted], MA 01730. I have a receipt (6/2/14) from [redacted]@bellsouth.net indicating full payment with the ship to address of [redacted], MA. Mr.[redacted] claims that he never received the [redacted], MA shipping address and instead shipped 90% of the order to my home address in[redacted], MA; it arrived on 6/12/14. The rest was shipped to [redacted], MA and arrived on 6/11/14. All boxes received were brought to the [redacted], MA shipping address, opened and examined. All sod slabs were tan in color with no green or yellow coloration and had a terrible stench like an open septic tank. Representative photographs were taken and attached to e-mails to Mr.[redacted]. He replied verbally by phone and by e-mail that all slabs had to be photographed. I did this,sent him e-mail colored photos of all slabs contained in one photo and a separate photo for each slab. I also stored the dead slabs according to his directions, but after storing the dead slabs for a bit, I then disposed of all of them as their stench was unbearable. I requested that Mr.[redacted] credit my [redacted] credit card for the full amount of $332.24. At my own expense, I returned the unused sod plugger to him and faxed a copy of the original receipt from [redacted]@bellsouth.net showing the paid amount and the [redacted] shipping address - no comment has been received from Hillbilly Turf or Mr.[redacted]. I also had to incur expenses to get sod from[redacted], MA to [redacted], MA and the strenuous effort of lifting the heavy boxes into my vehicle for the 2 hr round trip to [redacted], MA, which is a display garden for my daylily business (noreastdaylilies@verizon. net). The Zoysia grass plugs were to be used in bare spots surrounding the display garden.
