I received a swagway hoverboard from this company, which I purchased through Amazon With all of the issues surrounding these devices, I elected to return the unopened product for a refund I was told that I would receive a full refund to my credit card in 3-days after receiving the item It has now been weeks and I have yet to receive the refund or contact from the seller Not a good experience and I am still working with Amazon to get a refund and the AMEX points returned, for which I paid for the product partially

The customer ordered this printer on September 1st, She first contacted us in October, after the day seller warranty had expiredWe offered her some troubleshooting tips, and recommended that she contact the manufacturer: the
manufacturer offers free tech support and a one year replacement warrantyThe customer refused and threatened to charge back on her credit card
We offered to make an exception to the return policy and offer her a refundIt took her over two months before she shipped the item backWe refunded her after it arrived in December, almost four months after the original purchase

I received a swagway hoverboard from this company, which I purchased through Amazon.

With all of the issues surrounding these devices, I elected to return the unopened product for a refund. I was told that I would receive a full refund to my credit card in 3-5 days after receiving the item.

It has now been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the refund or contact from the seller. Not a good experience and I am still working with Amazon to get a refund and the AMEX points returned, for which I paid for the product partially.
