Review: last week on the 03/**/2015 I was contacted by phone by a member of hillcrest he said I was excepted for and unsecure loan for $1500.00 that had applied for on the enternet I told him that was to much and ask for $8000. 00 loan it would cost less per month for 60 months to resevie this loan I wopuld have to send in 3mon. pay ment in advance. for good faith. I told him that I would have wait until the [redacted] to send in the money, that would be ok to give a call when I had the money. on the the [redacted] I called hricherd I wasa ready to send and to make sure this was no bull he this was all up and up truthfull he told me to go to westernuion and he help me fillout thwere to send the money so I did they wanted me to send $547.00 the was to go to a chris jonhson in esperan pago Canada which cost me $38.00 to send. all this money was to be refundable if deal fell through about and hour later I got a call from the [redacted] at hillcrest tell me that I had to buy insuence on the loaqn for $750.00 haft of the actul cost of $1500.00 it was like a credit card insurance I told them I could not efford this I would have to have the money depsited first but told I had it first they cept insisting I bourw the money or ntake out anther loan to get I said no toforgit it and wanted my money back, they told me it would take 14to 30days for them to return the money. I told them I needed it back noe and cept insisting on it and that it was need to pay my bills they hung up on me. I finlly got ahold of richerd agin this week and ask him for his help I could the money back faster if I was to pay anthere $449.00 to send [redacted], this put my bank aacount in the hole $466.00 and still have no confirmation on the being sent I need your help I would file a law suite if I could afford a lawer but I can not I am on ssi disability and get a small piensionfrom the va. tyhank youDesired Settlement: I want the money return now or faster

Review: Applied for a loan. Made 3 payments for collateral on loan($574.00). Was told I had to pay 1/2 of insurance on loan ($750.00). Was told via phone conversation this was all I had to do to close and receive the loan to my account. Loan was for $8000.00, four years in length, 7% interest and payment of $191.57. Customer service represenative was [redacted]. He stated 3/**/15 at approx. 4:30 pm over speakerphone to I and my fiancee' this was the final event (insurance payment covering loan) and the loan will be processed and completed 2 to 4 hours. Upon insurance payment being made, I received a call at approx. 10:00 pm from another customer service rep who stated I needed to send another $750.00 to close the loan. I was told since I had already paid all I was told to, it was finished. I am being told I need to pay more. I have no more to pay, which is why I wanted the loan to begin with (consolidate other bills/loans). All I wanted is for an honest company to help me. Not be taken for money I borrowed that I also now owe. They took my money and now want more. I have no more to give. Please help me.Desired Settlement: To be refunded my $1324.00 plus my cost of sending it to them ($98.00)

Review: Hillcrest financing offered me a loan for 8000.00. They told me to send them 574.00 which covers 3 months payments for collateral by [redacted].They informed me that once I did this a transfer of 8000.00 would be deposited into my bank account within 2-4 hours. I did so then they told me I had to purchase life insurance for 1500.00. I told them I could not afford the insurance so [redacted] with this company said to pay only 750.00 and they could transfer the loan of 8000.00 into my bank account within 2-4 hours. I have not received my loan of 8000.00 and now they said I had to send another 750 for life insurance after agreeing to 750. And to get a refund they want me to send them additional 500. all this was done by [redacted]. I feel like this is a scam wanting me to keep sending money without them giving me a loan for 8000.00.Desired Settlement: I want my 574.00 back from first [redacted] transfer for 3 mo collateral paymentsi want 750.00 for insurance they claimed I neededi also want the transfer fees I spent
