I have called and left voicemail for customer to call me back so I can get this matter resolved for themI have seen this type of problem in only a few other homes and I do have a cure for the problemI have talked to the supervisor of the repair man that was at there homeThe last contact I have had with the customers husband I did not realize that this was as big a problem as it isThat was aproxLast October I thought the alum trim was the main reason for the call at that time with the cold setting in and deep snow ,unless it was really needed I have not been doing alum trim this winterIf this is a issue I have to wonder why they have not tried to contact me again I have voicemail on my business phone and on my cell phone I have no messages from them For now I am waiting for a returned call ***
