*** ***noThe driver was shown the damages the last day he was at our homeHe surely was writing what we thought were what Paul was showing him but evidently he wasn’tThere was only ONE spot on the floor that was covered with boxes that we hadn't saw to showed himWhen the adjuster came out is when we showed him that ONE spotI guess it goes that the driver is a liar and didn’t want himself and his crew to get into hot water about damages they caused to our homeYes my husband did sign papers that day without reading every single wordnow we know better than to trust people when it comes to things like this I supposeBut when you have a man in your face nearly tap dancing ready to go and a home full of boxes you are really just ready for them all to leaveSo you sign your name in the appropriate spots to make that happenEspecially after said driver nearly turns over the truck and trailer in our garden so that we had use our tractor to pull him outIt wasn’t like tractor trailers and feed trucks had not been up this very same drive for thirty years loaded with hogsand feednone of them ever had a problemSo yesWe wanted this man and his motley crew out of our homeAnd we TRUSTED him to be writing down damages not whatever he actually was writingThat is sad

Good afternoon, In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint, all property damage claims are evaluated based on notation of damage at the time of delivery. Our crew delivered on 3/14/2017 and unpacked on 3/15/2017, but property damage was not reported until 5/26/2017.  We contacted the delivery...

crew right away and they denied causing the damage. Because the damage claim was reported more than two months after delivery we did not approve the claim and informed the [redacted] of this decision on 6/5/2017. Mr. [redacted] responded to us stating he understood our position. Two months later, Ms. [redacted] reached back out to us on 8/2/2017 and our department supervisor reviewed all information again and maintained the original decision. We are happy to provide any additional assistance should it be necessary. Let me know if you need anything else right now to constitute a response. Best,Jordan M[redacted]Manager, Digital and Social Media[redacted] Cell[redacted] Faxhilldrup.com

In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint, we were able to contact her about the one day delivery delay on 10/8/16.  Once contacted, however, she and the driver mutually agreed to delay delivery to Monday, 10/10/16 due to Hurricane Matthew so as not to jeopardize the safety of our movers and...

her belongings. We’re happy to provide further assistance however might be necessary.

If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted]The original contract with the business was for full (replacement) value protection for articles included in the shipment.  We valued our 'missing' items at $375.00.  After back and forth discussions, the Claims department consented to pay half that amount.  The business has now agreed to pay the remainder, which is satisfactory to us.  Thanks for your help.
