Car was to arrive in October, but didn't, he asked me to wait a bit then car was supposed to arrive in Dec, he blamed Hurricane Sandy.Car supposed to arrive January, he said papers got lost and mixed up and car would arrive April or he would refund my money. Car did not arrive April, then he said he could not refund as money had been used to purchase car. Car now to arrive in June. Still no car but excuses to date.Payments:1st payment: Jul 6, 2012, WITHDRAWAL Outgoing Wire - Hillel Christian Motors Company Inc 2nd payment: Aug 2, 2012. Check #[redacted]: from [redacted] cashed at;Receipt promised on July 10th, never arrived.Sept 4 request for updateAcknowledged that he bought an ML500 in Dec to my surprise; Email to move ahead sent Dec 12th. Delivery promised in November 2012, then supposedly scheduled to arrive dec 18th.Email on dec 18th said delayed due to hurricane sandy.Said car would arrive January, no word txt communication at this time.March email said car is en-route; not deliveredPhone call that if car did not arrive, funds would be given back by April. No carCar expected in May no delivery emails and calls escalate. No update on [redacted] issue with shipping papers until issue had escalated.Car promised again for delivery between Jun8th n 12th got call on 14th that agent would need my name told him to check with his bank for name that two payments were received from.Called June 16th , I lost it and asked him to contact me when he sorted things out.
