I ordered a product from Hillflint on Friday, October ***, and was given the order number of ***I was charged $immediately, prior to confirmation that my item was shippedI followed up to their customer service email on Tuesday, October ***, after seeing my order had not shipped yetI was told by James that the customer service team would follow up They have not followed up, I have emailed James from the Hillflint team again via email and reached out to their social media team and they have not respondedI took a look at their website and saw the sweater that I ordered is out of stockI fear that I won't get the product that I ordered

I placed an order on the *** of December (order #***), and Hillflint notified me that the order would ship on Dec *** However, it didn't ship until the *** of December and thus, missed Christmas I contacted customer service and asked for a refund of the $shipping charge, since they did not ship by the date they promised me Instead of refunding the $10, Hillflint offered a 15$ credit to *** I told Hillflint a credit to their site was not what I wanted as I had not plans to purchase anything further from them, and I received no further response

In April 2018, I paid for and ordered a sweater from Hillfint because my university's student council promoted a custom sweaterThe sweater was promised to be delivered in Summer In August 2018, Ian from Hillflint sent me an email saying that production had been delayed and that they could not ship the sweater until November Ian said that I could "Cancel the order for a full refund." So I canceled my order and asked for a full refundOn the same day that I received that email, I replied by saying I want to cancel my order and want a full refundIt is now the end of NovemberI have sent several emails to IanHe never responded to meI still have not received a refund and have not heard from HillflintHillflint made three mistakes here: (1) failed to ship product on time, (2) failed to honor their promise of a full refund, and (3) failed to provide any customer service over the past three monthsStay away from this companyI'm still trying to get my refund more than three months later

On November *, I returned a sweater ($135.00) that I ordered online from this retailerThe sweater was received by Hillflint on 11***/via FedEx I never received my refund so I reached out to customer service six times For months I got no response so I kept inquiring and finally they told me it would be coming That was in DecemberNow they are asking for a paypal to refund me I do not have a paypal and would prefer my original mode of payment be refunded This company only has email and no phone number to call to discuss the issue

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company online November ***After paying $extra for shipping, I expected it to ship pretty quicklyFive days later, when the order still hadn't shipped, I emailed customer service to ask why it hadn't shipped and when it was expected toThey told me that it was "stuck in the warehouse" and something was wrong with my shipping addressNothing is wrong with the address, I double checked it and resent him the addressHe told me he tried to update the address but he couldn't do it, so he was escalating itAfter a while of not hearing from the "management" he escalated the issue to, I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund to be issued
On December ***, I asked them about why I still had not gotten my refundIan did not have an answer for me, and escalated it to management
As of January ***, two months after the initial order, I still have not gotten a refund or had the product sent to meIan and the team at HIllflint have stop

I ordered a Pitt sweater on 11/**/order number *** it was not delivered to my address I had reached out via the customer service emailI received an email that said the package was delivered however it was never deliveredWhen you track the package it says it was returned to senderWhen I reached out they asked for the tracking number and order number and said they would send a replacement sweaterI then keep getting emails that they are going to close my complaint ticket but they have still not sent me a sweaterI have been charged over dollars and it has been over a month and I still have not received my orderI have sent them numerous emails and have gotten nothing resolvedAt this point I would like a full refund for this order
