The allegation of overcharging senior citizens is patently false. We do not engage in such conduct. All clients were subject to the same fee increase, regardless of age.
We do not feel that a reimbursement to Mr. [redacted] is warranted, nor do we feel that further action is necessary on our part.

A 20 year relationship doesn't warrant $350 charges for going below a limit of funds held without a phone call. Yes, they did send an announcement of the charge - buried in other documents. The Revdex.com and the citizens of our state deserve better.
