Review: Purchased on-line greenies for my dog from Hillrise Farm on 10/19/13. Amount of order is approximately $118.00 paid by my debit card. Company acknowledged via email that the order was received. To date, I have not received the order and they never let me know if it was shipped. I have tried to communicate with them twice on 11/5 and 11/11 via email asking what the status of my order was and they don't respond. It was supposed to be delivered by ups ground. I can't get a tracking # and the confirmation # they give me doesn't give me any information. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would either like the items I ordered asap or my debit card credited.

Review: I made an online purchase on 6/30/2013.The total amount was $19.25.The company took my money and never sent the item purchased, something has to be done about, this these kind of people should not be in business.No answer for number provided ,also emailed a few times and no response...Thank Youp.s. hopefully you read this hillrisefarm.com and stop stealing from the hands that feed your family.Desired Settlement: REFUND OR PRODUCT
