repairs. We replaced only 2 brake lines and bled the brakes. $260.00 was labor on replacement of the 2 brake lines and bleeding of the brakes. The remaining balance of the $497.00 was for installing a master cylinder and labor for the installation. This brake system is a high pressure system and the work would not have lasted 10 months had it not been repaired correctly. This 1999 GMC Sierra truck had 213,887 miles at the time of repair. This was all explained to him again when he picked up and paid for the repairs. When Mr. [redacted] returned to me August 22, 2016 with his complaint, I instructed him to leave his truck so we could take a look at it advising him if it was our work we would make the repairs at no cost to him.  After we communicated this to Mr. [redacted] another gentleman loudly joined the conversation using profanities and making a scene. Both gentleman then hurriedly left the premises without allowing us to look at the truck. We have not had the opportunity to see if this is work previously completed by our shop or not due to Mr. [redacted] leaving our business and not allowing us to check the brake lines.
