Ziebart, unlike many companies that cannot make aftermarket products perfect, try to keep our customers as happy with their services as possible and sometimes requires lost revenue of services due to excessive labor and material loss, as in this particular case. We don't claim up front to have perfect products and this customer made it obvious she wanted perfection. She was making a scene in front of customers and witnesses in the showroom asking for phone numbers to call and complain so we told her to leave the premises. Our reputation stands for itself and the thought of sabotaging a vehicle is absurd and offensive. We will not do the tint for free on this vehicle and as mentioned have already refunded the customer.
