The estimator looked at the job with an assumption that the largest ladder would be able to reach the chimney cornersAll efforts were given to attempt to reachThere was no deception intendedWe attempted the job to the best of our
current abilities for a difficult situation and had all materials at the job to correctly do the jobWe did not price out each corner as an individual costWe truly wish that all work was able to be completed as specifiedA credit for the amount you are requesting will be given in good faithWe have been doing this for over years and strive to be the bestThe estimator should have figured it would have been too tall, but wanted to believe it could happen for you

X-Homeowner called for quote to install Flashings above front entry flat roof that the previous roofing contractor did not perform and was being required by the buyers of their home
X-Gave Homeowner estimate and at that
time declined to proceed
5-5-Homeowner called and gave verbal commitment to proceed with job as quoted
X-Performed job as specified in quote and Homeowner paid upon completion
X-Homeowner called office to complain that she did not like the look of the Flashings and that it "looked like a kindergartner did the job"After questions were answered we stated that the current Homeowner is moving and the new owner, based on their inspection, required that this Flashing work be performed and would probably not care as long as the work was performedHomeowner said she would wait until her husband returned home on Friday and would call the office on Saturday
Shortly after this conversation ended the Homeowner called the Salesman on his cell phone to complain about the job and how she was handled over the phoneHe went over to the Homeowner's house shortly thereafter and discussed the job in personAll seemed to be OK other than the threat by the Homeowner demanding an apology or else

Obviously the Homeowner envisioned something differentWe suggested that the Flashings could be painted a different color than what the quote stated and/or the Flashing Caulk could be removed after it dried, which we would not recommend
Same Name, Same Owner for over years! Thousands of referrals and repeat customers!
We do our best for each and every customer every time contrary to how the one Homeowner feels

The owner does not have his facts correctI did get other bids for the job as any smart person wouldI did go back to *** mainly due to the recommendations online and their rating with the Revdex.comThey were not the cheapest bid, but I felt comfortable that the work and service would be of the highest quality
Originally the owner said someone would be out the same week I called to ask them to do "my little job" ( his words)No one called or showed up during that whole weekI finally received a call the following Monday to say someone would be out around XX-XX:XXThe workman arrived later than that so the finish of the job ran into another commitment I hadBeing confident that the job would be as I expected, I left him payment before the job was finished because I had to leave for another appointmentWhen I came home and saw the job was not how I expected the finish to look I was shockedI called the business and left a messageI did not receive a return call that day or the next morning so I called the salesman who bid the jobAlmost immediately following my conversation with the salesman the owner called and was difficult and rudeI thought he was calling after speaking to the salesmanBecause I felt the owner was uncooperative and rude, I filed a complaintAfter that the salesman texted me for my addressHe came by, spoke with me and I understood the reasons of why they did the work as performedI informed him that I still did not like the appearance and that the owner was rude and difficult and needed to apologizeThe salesman made a few remarks as to why I even cared since I was selling my homeI told him that was not an appropriate response and that I did care how my home looked and how I was leaving it for the next familyThis company has not shown a pattern of care for my concerns or respect to an unhappy customerI still feel like they do not really care about this job since it was little and that they didn't view me as a repeat customer that would give them additional business or referralsI asked for work to be doneThey did the work albeit not to my expectationsUnfortunately, their response and attitude has caused me to distrust their work ethic and their attitude towards customersI am not questioning the workmanship of their employeeI'm sure he did the work as he was told and to his abilityUnfortunately, it was not what I expected it to look like and when I complained to the company their remarks left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and uncomfortable

The Revdex.com is for protection of deceptive practicesWe performed the job exactly as specified, no deception whatsoeverObviously this homeowner is unhappy with the appearance which we cannot debate due to her opinionWe will no longer debate the "he said she said" because this is a no win situationWe guarantee all our work including this job but we cannot guarantee that "I do not like how it looks"
As far as the accusations of our conduct, I stand on our YEARS of stellar reputationI will not respond to attacks on our character

As I have not yelled at anyone, this owner continues to be rude and now he liesInstead of admitting that his remarks were not professional nor polite, he just continues to be rudeI did not yell at him nor his salesmanI did tell them I did not like the appearance of the jobThat is trueWhat I dislike the most is the owner's attitude and ridiculous liesUnfortunately I do not believe this is a resolvable issue because this owner is not honestI will not withdraw my remarks or complaint until he is willing to apologize for his rudeness, unprofessional remarks and now his liesAnd if his salesman really said I yelled, then this company has deep issues that need resolving
