We contacted Mr. [redacted] after receiving the complaint. We made arrangements with him to take his car to Autobahn Mercedes. His car has been repaired and the issue has been resolved.

I am happy my car has been repaired but am still unhappy about the money and time that was spent on getting diagnostics and traveling to multiple dealers.

Here is  the FedEx tracking number for the title that was sent to the customer.
