Hillsborough Driving School

Review: We engaged Hillsborough Driving School for a 6 hour 16 year old driving program for our Daughter. We paid them the check for $320 which to our surprise was promptly cashed the same day. The first instructor they sent was an absolute disaster. He didn't explain anything about the car to my daughter who is a total novice when it comes to driving and to her horror, had her driving on the highway within the first 10 minutes. For most of the 1 hr 45 minutes he was with her, he hardly said anything except turn left/right. He was absorbed on his phone the whole time. We are very thankful that our daughter didn't get involved in an accident.I lodged a serious complaint with the owner Jim. He said he will make up for the horrible first session and start from scratch. he came and gave her a 2 hour session. it has been a week since then and we are unable to get in touch with him for the remaining sessions. I have contacted their phone multiple times and left him several messages. This has been a disastrous experience to say the least. Such companies have no business servicing 16 year olds. I am preparing to file a civil suit against this company.Desired Settlement: We want full refund
