Review: Vehicle After Was Purchased Started WITH Issues AND Every Time I Speak To THE dealer THEy send me to a whole bunch of run around and still issue has yet to be corrected.Desired Settlement: I prefer to get a full refund back plus whatever money has been waisted on the vehicle but if they can repair correctly and supply me with a rental while it's being fixed wouldn't be an issue as well.

Review: The day after I purchased my vehicle it has been giving me non stop issues and the check engine light came on. I have been to the dealers mechanic and dodge itself and have yet to resolve the issue and I continue to contact the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they continue to do nothing to try and help me. I believe the vehicle qualifies for the lemon law in the state of new york and I am desperate to get help to either resolve the issues or get my refund back. At this point I am very displeased and very unsatisfied an would prefer a refund to take my business else where. Also the manager of the dealership, A man named [redacted] drove the vehicle and heard and felt the issues going on and told me to "continue driving it" and telling me "just wait a few weeks and we will correct the issue" and yet nothing has been done.With the problems the vehicle has I feel my life could be in danger but dont know 100 percent if it is because I am not a mechanic. Please if someone can help me I would gladly appreciate it.

Review: This dealership told me with interest rate my pay off is about 17,000. I noticed on my bank account after paying faithfully for 8 months its still at 17,000. I called santander bank to ask why the amount has not changed. Santander bank told me the car totel was 30,000. I was un aware of this. Also I tried to upraise the car at Nemet Nissian and come to find out the car has been hit from the back. When I requested the car fax there was no accident on file. Im paying 30,000 for a hit car with 56,000 miles this is a rip off. I went to the dealership and told them when I found out Ray the owner told me there is nothing he can do once I leave the lot thats it. Im hurt because I work so hard and to be scammed out of my money its not fair. Also to know they lied about the car being hit decreases the value of the car as well. Please help me I feel stuck and dont know what to do.Desired Settlement: I get the actual price the car is actually worth. Especially with the car being hit.
