multiple times while trying to deal with some of his complaints, and we sent the crew back 3 times to complete this job. From my understanding, the first time we could not do the job because ‘as agreed’ [redacted] would have the cars moved out of the way for us, and this was not done. So my crew spend 2 hours onsite the first day getting nothing done and had to leave. The second trip we did the majority of the job per the contract. The third trip we came back at [redacted]’s request to cut more limbs per his request and spent over ½ a day for some extra work already not on the contract. The extra limb that [redacted] is referring to was not on the original contract, and we had already over satisfied our signed contracted agreement. Paul (estimator) who is copied on this email might have more input, and told me that he never told [redacted] we would cut the extra limb, and that we had already done more than what was initially on the contract. To put this in perspective. Our tree crews do $3,000 per day in Washington DC. We spent 2-3 hours onsite the first day not getting anything done due to cars in the way. The second day was a complete day of work 8-10 hours. The third day back was over 4-5 hours going back to do extra as well. Thanks,
