Update 2/12/2015We contacted customer on
2/10/15 to discuss each issue listed in the case. Camargo had their Cadillac
picked up and a loaner Cadillac was taken to them to use while we are
performing the necessary repairs. We are going to repair the wheel and a
scratch on the fender, replace the...
chrome trim on the hood under warranty and
clean up vehicle. We talked the about the maintenance coverage and sent
customer a copy of the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance that comes with all
new Cadillac vehicles. Camargo has agreed to reimburse customer $275.32 less the $150.00 quoted to spot repair
the left rear bumper cover. We should have vehicle repairs completed by next
week and we will have their Cadillac redeliver to their home.Customer has been
outstanding to work with and expressed appreciation with the way it is being
