Doug [redacted] was a recommendation form a painter I hiredThe contract was that he was to do tiling in my bathrooms (floors, around bathtub to the ceiling and around the vanities, i.e., backsplash)He was also going to rip out my carpet on stairs and upstairs and put laminate inHe was to do all this during the time when I was away, Sept- I was returning on SeptThere was a flaw in the laminate when it came in mid-September (while I was away) and this issue was put on hold by me and since I came back, I have told Doug [redacted] that I no longer want to go ahead with reordering the laminate and him doing the work based on the work that I have seen I no longer trust Doug [redacted] nor have trust in any of his abilities Doug *has assured me he has done tiling as he is a tradesperson since he finished high school When I returned and saw his so-called tile work in the bathroom, I felt like crying because of the horrible job I saw that was doneThe bathrooms were not complete
