I put a $20 bill in a coin machine and did not receive any money back (coins or the original bill). I notified the company on the day it occurred and provided relater details. The business responded that I needed to wait for their weekly cash out to verify the difference and that someone would get back to me. I waited a full week with no contact from the company, I sent an email requesting an update. After waiting 24 hours with no response, I sent a Facebook message. I subsequently received an email that the money had been refunded to my “husband.” I emailed that I am not married, am upset that the company failed to follow up with me, and that I am still owed $20. I also sent a Facebook message. That was yesterday and I still haven’t received a response from the company.
