We are conducting a few tests on *** *** projectWe isolated the situation by covering the skylights & everything stayed dryThe manufacturers rep came out & re-worked the gaskets on both skylightsWe are now awaiting rain to see if that works
When we bid the job the husband
thought the skylights were newer than they really wereWith that info we proceeded with jobWe believe the gasket replacement will work
We have been working on this problem since we received the complaint & are working with the customer to resolve
