This is a response to a complaint filed by *** *** in Eden Vermont , *** has had a balance with Hillside Trash for a long time last payment received was 10/3/*** was not billed for the trash we didn't takeBeing a small Business we cannot afford to carry these accounts*** was told
if she didn't pay it would be repoedAs she tells you about her car accident etc that is what insurance is forShe never called to discuss this matterIn my opinion if you owe bills you don't go buy other things and go to social mediaI also feel it isn't fair for other customers to be paying for her trashIf she couldn't afford it she should have called and stated that and not ignore the situationThank you *** ***

I disagree... Never once was I told they would dump my dumpster. I had my check in hand the day they decided to take it if he came to the door I would have showed him. No instead he dumped in my yard and left. Normally Thursdays are or were my garbage day so I had no clue they were coming to do that! So in turn had no way of knowing to fix the issue! Obviously I did not want my garbage all over my yard! As for any info from them I actually was from my daughter's boyfriend whom they ran their mouth to. Not business like I would say on top of it all. I told him no worries I get my check this weekend will have them paid and then they came and took it without coming to door to even tr u to get cash. Talking to my daughter's boyfriend is not talking to me. He does not live with me. Had they contacted me personally I would have told them they were getting their money that day. Regards,
