delivered. Our daily rental is for 8 hours. We allowed the customer to have the lift beyond 8 hours at no additional charge. Our Maintenance department inspects each piece of equipment before it goes out on rent. We found the lift in good condition with no issues before the rental, and can only assume his complaints were due to operator error. Upon inspection after the rental, we found no leaks on the lift as he has stated, with either the hydraulic or diesel fuel. The $35.00 charge was for the manual box that had the customer had broken, and taken the Operators Manual. Finally, we are open 24/7 and our customers can always call us if there is a problem with the equipment. At no time during the rental did Mr. [redacted] call to inform us there was any issue with the equipment, or we would have had our maintenance staff on site to correct the problem. This was the first time Mr. [redacted] has rented from us and find the allegations unfounded. We disagree with refunding him and will pursue with our attorney if we receive any additional information that he submits through the credit card charge.
