Review: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! THEY STOLE FROM ME….

I made the huge mistake of choosing this hotel. I did so in all fairness because of its location and price. I checked in on Saturday afternoon after shopping at the tangier outlets. When I arrived I checked in without a problem. I got to my room which seemed clean until I lifted the toilet seat. I always bring my own Lysol so I was able to clean the toilet. MY problem came when I check out of the hotel. I left my brand new sneakers still in the box along with a brand new pair of sunglasses also in the box in a bright orange [redacted] bag. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with a woman who stated that I should call back in the morning to speak with the Manager. I found that odd that at 7pm in the evening they didn’t have one available at that point and I kinda knew it was going to go downhill from there. I called the next morning and got a man named Shaun answered. I asked for a manager he totally ignored my request and as soon as I told him what I was calling for he immediately go defensive and nasty with me. I explained that he would clearly be able to see on the cameras that when I exited my room and sat in his lobby for 20 min waiting for a cab that I didn’t have the BRIGHT ORANGE [redacted] BAG. He immediately refused. I asked for the head quarter number and he stated that they were independent. He stated there was nothing further he could do its my responsibility. He didn’t reference that a manager would

Call back he said thank you and hung up. I would never recommend this hotel unless you want to use a dirty bathroom and have your personal belongings stolen.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise returned to me or a refund for my stay at the hotel.
