I reviewed the customer complaint as well as all of our internal files and correspondence with the customer and unfortunately do not agree whatsoever The customer has numerous other contractors working in his home who are not remotely following the local code or even attempting to contain the dust Furthermore, it is irrational at any level to not expect dust during a remodeling project even with the immense safeguards put in place by this company including plastic zip walls The project was delayed in large part due to permitting requirements outside our control and in part concerning as the other trades are not following code Again, dust is inevitable during remodeling and each year we experience one or two customers wanting something done such as a new furnace or duct cleaning simply because they feel they can get it for free from the contractor As the Revdex.com is aware, my company completes hundreds and hundreds of projects a year and maintains an A rating because we do perform excellent work and always attempt to satisfy the customer In this case we will discuss a duct cleaning be split amongst all contractors on site should they wish to participate but under no circumstance will a new furnace be provided which in my humble opinion is the goal of this customer We too would be happy to share pictures and videos if requested
