We do not have a pattern nor a history of not returning phone calls. They are returned.
As for the complaint about unethical business practices, the money was returned to the customer before we received this complaint. On Sept 29th, two days after I spoke with this customer I received the complaint which has now been rectified.
As for the complaint of our message ending with 'have a blessed day', it is the voice of my deceased mother. It is a genuine closing and not any matter concerning our business or this complaint.
