Review: I talked to [redacted] (I knew him thru a friend) briefly about turning my [redacted] lease in early for an [redacted]. I explained to him I was over mileages, had damaged to the bumper, and had about a year left on my lease. He told me to come in on black Friday because [redacted] would be having sales plus its at the end of the month so the dealer would be willing to make any deal since they were be hide on their sales. I went in on Friday the 28 of Nov and made a deal with [redacted] and [redacted] the sales manager. After going over different options since I was so flipped on my current car at the time I agreed to purchase a 2015 [redacted] Altima for $553 a month that including the rest of my payments owed to [redacted], over mileages and to fix the bumper only I also put no money down or made the first payment to [redacted]. Both [redacted] and [redacted] stated this deal was sucky because I was flipped on my [redacted] but the advantage of such a high car payment was that I was clear of obligations to [redacted] because they would return the car for me. This was my selling point the fact that [redacted] was taking care of the return of the car so early, and now my only obligation was to [redacted] otherwise I would not have made such a deal. Hilltop was to fix the bumper and return the car to [redacted] advised me they he was unable to return the car to [redacted] early because they said they would knock my credit. [redacted] told me he would keep the car on Hilltop lot until my due date and then return the car. 8 months later [redacted] called and asked how I wanted to pay my fees. I advised him I turned the car over to Hilltop. He said they were made aware of these fees which they NEVER disclosured to me. I called Hilltop and they tried to say the car was turn in months ago, and then they changed their story and said the they had no idea the car was still on their lot. They said they never agreed to turn it in because it was never in writing even though the car was sitting there for 8 months.. I have since took ownership of the [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for Hilltop to void out my current lease because I would have NEVER made the deal I did if they did not agree to return my [redacted], and if they had disclosured the information that [redacted] provided to them on Dec 1, 2014 (which they have record of)
