Let's just say I'm not a fan. Every time I went there they did something different, and then asked why I hadn't done those exercises, and laughed about it when I said, "those weren't the ones you told me to do." Some of the employees can be a little rude, though others were quite friendly and helpful. They say they are open until 7:00 but if you schedule a late appointment they will call you incessantly asking if you want to come in earlier. I guess "open until 7:00" actually means "we don't want to stay until 7:00, we just say we do for advertising purposes." Once they even changed an appointment to an earlier time without my consent, and got annoyed when I couldn't be there at that time. The head physical therapist, who also happens to be the owner, is a total nut. Every time I came in she found something else "wrong" with me, that conflicted everything my doctors ever said. She refused to actually address the reason I was there, saying she had to fix my other issues first (issues that only she saw, that no doctor has ever diagnosed me with). She made me very uncomfortable several times while treating me and became irritated when I got upset. Lastly, I do not have a co-pay with my insurance plan and the front desk staff insisted every time that I came that I pay one. They wouldn't let me have my appointment if I didn't pay. I definitely don't recommend anyone go here.
