I would recommend anyone to my 2 therapist that I’ve been working with at Hilltop physical therapy. Kirsten Park has been working in depth with my pelvic floor pain. Her knowledge goes above any therapist that have ever been to. My pain has been terrible for the past 24 years, YES! 24 yrs! I went from OB gyn to the Gastro doctors because neither had any answers. All the tests were negative for UTI, yeast, bacteria, blockages. Nothing showed up on the colonoscopies or endoscopies. They made me feel crazy for having this pain that I knew was real! Every pain that I described she had an answer for, and a treatment! Finally answers! I have gone from feeling nauseous because of the pain, to a much more tolerable and manageable pain. It was at an 8-10 daily, and now 4-5 once or twice a week. It has been several months of doing the exercises 4-5 times a week and PT twice a week. I trusted in them and their process. I am finally getting answers, and on the road to recovery. I have competed in sports my entire life, last 12 years was martial arts, and still continue to stay active. I have had my share of broken bones, slipped discs, and muscle injuries. I had gone to other therapists for these injuries. I have not gotten the care and dedication to my recovery that I have gotten from Zina & Kirsten at Hilltop Physical Therapy. They take the whole body into account when treating my injuries & pains, and this has made a huge difference. I truly feel better. I feel that I can begin to heal and start living a better & less painful life.
Let's just say I'm not a fan Every time I went there they did something different, and then asked why I hadn't done those exercises, and laughed about it when I said, "those weren't the ones you told me to do." Some of the employees can be a little rude, though others were quite friendly and helpful They say they are open until 7:but if you schedule a late appointment they will call you incessantly asking if you want to come in earlier I guess "open until 7:00" actually means "we don't want to stay until 7:00, we just say we do for advertising purposes." Once they even changed an appointment to an earlier time without my consent, and got annoyed when I couldn't be there at that time The head physical therapist, who also happens to be the owner, is a total nut Every time I came in she found something else "wrong" with me, that conflicted everything my doctors ever said She refused to actually address the reason I was there, saying she had to fix my other issues first (issues that only she saw, that no doctor has ever diagnosed me with) She made me very uncomfortable several times while treating me and became irritated when I got upset Lastly, I do not have a co-pay with my insurance plan and the front desk staff insisted every time that I came that I pay one They wouldn't let me have my appointment if I didn't pay I definitely don't recommend anyone go here
