Review: I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer on 10-25-13 with my husband and my father in law for a total of $3914.00 I paid $3100.00 in cash and $814.00 on my credit cards. The owner [redacted] told me I paid for my tags, and title already that was included in the price and told me that he will mail me my contract and my tags and title within 2 weeks. I called the business after 3 weeks because my temporary tag on the car was going to expire on 11-23-13 and I only had 6 days left to put my new tags on the car. Each day I called [redacted] was never available to answer my calls his employees will tell me they gave him my number to return my call and he refused to contact me back. After calling on the 3rd day one of his employees tells me that I owe $295.00 for my tags and title and he will not give it to me unless I give him an extra 295.00. I told them I already for them and [redacted] caught a very nasty attitude with my husband on the phone so my husband goes in person to the place on 11-22-13 with my father in law and asked [redacted] to give him the tags and title and also a copy of the contract he never gave me, [redacted] refuses to show or give my husband anything. My husband explained I could not be there because I was at the hospital because my daughter just had open heart surgery and I needed to stay in the hospital with her but [redacted] did not care. He knew that was my husband and he told my husband he couldn't show my husband my contract but he could show him someone else's..that made no since once so ever. I have had so many problems with the car in the past 4 weeks the car needed 4 new tires, & new brakes asap. I already an extra $400.00 on tires and brakes and other things it needed to get done. The car still needs more things fixed I believe the car is a lemon and was not even worth the price I paid. [redacted] is ripping me off and just wants more money from me. The only thing he gave me was 2 receipts that shows I paid 814 on my credit cards, a warranty paper for 3 months, temporary registration.Desired Settlement: I want my contract and I want my tags and title that I already paid for.

A.There is no balance due on your account or your receipt. Your Truck is paid in full at the time of purchase.

B. On the left side of the bill of sale where it says " Registration Fees" It is marked " n/a" .You didn't request that registration to be done by us. and you didn't pay for such service.

3- Your title was signed and mailed on 10/31/2013.

I am rejecting this response because:It is December 18, 2014 and I still have not received my title. I paid in for registration other why why would they give me a temporary registration card? This company is really scamming me and I am about to go to the police station and file a complaint if I do not receive my tags and my title! I am almost 8 months pregnant and I should not be going threw this nonsense. I want my tags and I want my title everything was paid and I do have witnesses who were there with me the day I purchased my car. If this doesn't get handled now I will be taking this to court and getting my money back plus the money I paid getting it fixed!

Review: On December 14, 2013 I, [redacted] were at hilltop service center seeking to buy a used vehicle. I pick out the car that I were interested in buying ,went into the office of Mr. [redacted], requiring about the ford fusion .,Mr. [redacted] said the ford fusion is $4995.00. I brought to Mr. [redacted] intentions my price range I like to stay in and could afford and I prefer not to have my credit pulled. he went out with me to show other cars he will be able to put me in within my price range, I pick out another car he showed to me available in my price range he said because of the year of the car he couldn't finance it to me., Again I brought to Mr. [redacted] I choose not to have my credit pulled. Mr. [redacted] said " We don't pull your credit here !"

Me and Mr. [redacted] went back into his office and he went to his computer asking for my personal information and when he asked for my social security number. I said Mr. [redacted] Idon't want my credit pulled and he said I'm not going to pull your credit, I going by your income information. After all Mr. [redacted] showed me on the computer were it said Congratulations your been pre - approved $5,413.08 ! I said you pulled my credit and I told you I were not interested in getting my credit pulled ! He said, No, No, No... I didn't pull your credit it's a system we use to find if your approve or not. He stated $4995.00 is the price of the ford fusion tax $ 391.50 & License title & fees $726.50 total cost $6,113.08. I & ask Mr. [redacted] is the $6113.08 is my final bill. He responed yes. He said if were to pay the car in full he pointed to the price of the $4995.00. And if I were financing the cost willbe $6113.08 and he began to circle the total price to reinsure me of all total price. I have giving total of $800.00. $700.00 for down payment $ 100.00 car warranty. The down payment and the warranty were already present to Mr. [redacted] on the 12-14-13 .Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to honor his pricing of the $ 6113.08 and not the cost $ 7,768.20 before I put my down payment $700.00 and warrantly fee $100.00. And not become irritated or hesitated to assist me in this matter.

Mrs. [redacted] visited our business

to purchase a 2006 Ford Fusion. She filled up a third party Credit application

(Copy of the application with her signature attached) This is to respond to her allegation of not

informing her for pulling her credit (which is never happened as she stated)

Mrs. [redacted] had filled a credit

application to purchase that car which was priced for $4998.00 + Tax and Fees.

She agreed to put $700 down and

to finance the balance thru [redacted] Corporation

The total Price for her car with

tax and fees was $6,715.29 . She paid $700 down, and the balance of $6,015.29

to be financed.

So total amount financed by

(third party bank ) was $6,015.29 ( A

copy of the loan terms is attached) that shows that amount financed is

$6,015.29

Customer came to our business

and said that she multiply the monthly payment $235.40 X 33 months Finance

Period and the total was more than the $6,015.29 financed amount ..

As you can review from the

Attached (Retail Installment Contract) that the amount in question of $7,768.20

is reflecting the total payments of the car in 33 Months with Interest.

I explained to Mrs. [redacted] that

there is 18.99% (Interest) Financed

charge added to the Original financed amount. and that's why there is a

difference on her math.

She acted unprofessional

..screamed and banged on the door, thru my papers from the desk and we ended

calling the [redacted] police department for her miss conduct .
