Hillview Motel

In regards to complaint made, I really do not know how to respond to the insulting comments of the complainant, except to say I do have a "No Refund Policy" which is posted in my office.If this said person would have took the time to get out of her vehicle and come in she would have seen
my sign. I also have a "No Public Restroom" sign. Which means do not rent a room, use the bathroom and demand a refund.I do not show rooms for the same reason. If I do then they want to use the bathroom, shower, or lay on the bedWhich would require me to clean the room even if they decide not stay. Which would require me to spend more for up keep and would require me to charge more and is the policy in are little town. So the bottom line is the customer (man) asked to see a room and politely denied him and he choose to stay anyway.The motel was adequate when they first arrived (obviously) but then she started honking her horn disrupting my current customers. According to the complaint it was because of seeing my Hawaiian husband and my hearing impaired (deaf) worker waiting in the car (very insulting and judgmental on her part).I took the time waited for these customers before leaving to take my hearing impaired (deaf) worker home and go to dinner with my Hawaiian husband. I feel deeply insulted by the women insinuating and judgemental comments.I have worked at the motel for years and this is by far the worst insulting, rude and judgmental comment or complaint I have ever heard. I have tons of thank you cards, post cards, letters and notes even on napkins from other customers or patrons who have enjoyed their stay at the Motel that I can send you. I also have pictures of the room this couple rented on 7-20-15.I work hard every day to ensure my customers have a clean, secure and comfortable stay for their business. We may not be a star motel/hotel but we pride are self in cleanliness (a full cleaning top to bottom no corner unturned attitude) and do the best we can with the little we have.Thank you for your timeManager
