[redacted] The Reason, I do not agree with this response is due to the fact of how they treated me. When I turned in my vacate notice she could have easily told explained what was going to happen regarding me having to pay full rent forjust 5 days! And I would have moved asap. They were rude and management just said o well and hung up on me. I know it was because I am young and they are just making a statement out of me, it's the same as being racist against us because they don't like young adults! It's unbelievable they would NOT prorate that or take that One day late charge off! If I was 80 on a fixed income I garuntee they would have. I will make sure people know about there quality of business through all social media sites if they cannot help.

My assistant Amber (not Amanda) is who spoke with Mr. [redacted] and his mother. Everything was done according to the lease on behalf of [redacted]view Woods and Noltemeyer. We cannot treat one resident any different and Mr. [redacted] signed his lease knowing the terms that were set forth prior to him moving in.
