Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I've lived at hokondo management/Waikiki beachside Hostel's property for approximately yearsI've asked several times for this discount of 5% rent reduction and have been refused every timeI was contacted and offered a discount for months onlyI was also asked to keep this matter privateI don't accept this as a proper resolution or compensationI do hope you can help to continue mediate this matter on my behalfI've experienced nothing but dishonest and disrespectful behavior from both Orlena Wong and Zachary M [redacted] at meetings in person, trying to resolve other matters concerning the property I resided at that they refuse to have onsite management atI've tried to resolve matters for months via email and meetings in person with these individualsThey have proven to be uncooperative and dishonestSo for that reason, I feel I need an outside influence to assist me in this matterI am willing to resolve this issue as soon as possible and hopefully a resolution and an apology can be the end resultI can provide additional email correspondence between myself and Zachary, if it is admissible Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com,
I've attached information hoping to clarify the situationThe management has a full detailed record of my rental and payment historyI asked for a print out and was denied at the time of the deposit return at the hostel itself where the rent is paidI also asked for a copy of the rental agreement but was also denied that informationI've attached their email correspondence, The agreement itself is a set of house rules mainly, and doesn't reflect any discounts and amount of rent to be paidBut I do have bank records and physical receipts to prove all money transactionsI can attempt to forward in next couple of daysI'm guessing because all tenants pay different amountsI'm not exactly sure to be truthfulThe date on signed agreement is 11/22/I've also attached our notice to vacate after meetings in person with the owner and Zachary to attempt to resolve this issue and several others occurring on this property that has no onsite managementAlso attached, their online website advertisement dated February of this year, that reflects monthly ratesBut I've never been successful at acquiring this rateI had copied the ad at the time to debate the issue with management and was told by staff that it would be looked intoI've always gotten the run around when asking for this 5% or any discount for that matterWhen a vacancy at the Cleghorn residence is open, they run the Craigslist ad, but it is promptly deleted when rented, so it's always been difficult to prove to them without time stamped proofI will continue to provide more evidence as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
I've lived at hokondo management/Waikiki beachside Hostel's property for approximately 2 years. I've asked several times for this discount of 5% rent reduction and have been refused every time. I was contacted and offered a discount for 3 months only. I was also asked to keep this matter private. I don't accept this as a proper resolution or compensation. I do hope you can help to continue mediate this matter on my behalf. I've experienced nothing but dishonest and disrespectful behavior from both Orlena Wong and Zachary M[redacted] at meetings in person, trying to resolve other matters concerning the property I resided at that they refuse to have onsite management at. I've tried to resolve matters for months via email and meetings in person with these individuals. They have proven to be uncooperative and dishonest. So for that reason, I feel I need an outside influence to assist me in this matter. I am willing to resolve this issue as soon as possible and hopefully a resolution and an apology can be the end result. I can provide additional email correspondence between myself and Zachary, if it is admissible.
