main building where it took time to identify it as a letter intended for my department.The complainant in the above referenced grievance purchased the following tickets on October 11, 2016 and November 7, 2016:· Two ticket packages for five (5) men's basketball games known as a "Five Game Mini Plan" for $100.00 ($50.00 per mini plan). His mini plan included tickets for the following games:o Eastern Washingtono Oklahoma Stateo Long Beach Stateo West Virginiao Oklahoma· Two tickets for the Incarnate Word men's basketball game for $6.00 ($3.00 per ticket)The complainant paid $111.00 for his tickets including a $5.00 order charge.Upon mailing the tickets for the two five game mini plans purchased by this complainant, our staff mistakenly included another patrons three (3) game mini plan tickets in the envelope. The three (3) game mini plan included tickets for the following games:· University of Louisiana — Monroe· Alabama· Oklahoma Unaware a mistake had been committed and receiving no communication from the above complainant, our staff reissued the three (3) game mini-plan tickets when the patron notified us he had not received the purchased tickets. The three (3) game mini-plan tickets received by the complainant were voided once we reissued the tickets to the patron who purchased the tickets.On November 14, 2016, the complainant attempted to use first of the three (3) game mini plan tickets for the University of Louisiana-Monroe game. The complainant could not enter the event because the three (3) game mini-plan tickets were no longer valid. The complainant came to will call where he spoke to the basketball ticket manager who investigated the problem and attempted to explain to him the reason he was not able to use them.The ticket manager clarified that another person's tickets had accidently been sent to him and that the only games he had tickets for were the five (5) game mini-plan tickets he had purchased. The complainant repeated multiple times, "why did you send me the tickets, I paid for all of them" and the ticket manager reiterated that in our error, he received three (3) game mini-plan tickets that were meant for someone else. The ticket manager continued to indicate the only valid tickets in the complainant's original ticket envelope were the five game mini-plan tickets. In order to assist other guests waiting in line, the ticket manager provided the complainant with a complimentary ticket to attend the University of Louisiana-Monroe game.The complainant attempts to use the second ticket of the three (3) game mini-plan for the Alabama game on December 2, 2016 and again cannot enter the event. The complainant requests a refund on December 3, 2016.The complainant was issued a refund in the amount of $111.00 on December 6, 2016. A confirmation letter was sent to the complainant on December 6, 2016 notifying him of the refund. The complainant directed several emails using inappropriate language to our employees.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and consider the matter closed.Sincerely,

They make themselves out to be a large high end company, when actually they do average work. Some of their helpers were not experienced. They will talk your ear off like a typical salesman.
