Hilton-Atlanta Northeast

I'm writing because I am very disturbed and upset by the services I've received at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast HotelI booked this hotel based on its location to visit my sisterAs a world traveler I've I know things can happen but the ones that have occurred at this hotel were absolutely ridiculous! Well, on Day it was raining and lightning so the TV service was down for about 3-hoursOnly god knows how much longer it was out because I left the room to hang out with family and friendsThen on Day the complete air condition went outWe contacted the front desk and they were going to send the service guys up to fix itIt took them hours to fix, there were no rooms with double beds available so we could NOT move to another room, I have asthma and the temperature was excruciating, they had to run to target to purchase a fan and bring us bottles of waterWhat kind of mess is this?
