*** 325i Sedan From *** *** ***They Require Good Credit And Work History, This Incident Occurred After I Drove From San Jose Ca To Sacramento After A LONGER Talk Over The Phone With Owner That Promised To Finance Me A SALVAGE TITLE ***, Friday Night Arrived At Dealership Owner Told Me To Come Back Saturday Morning Instead, My Family And I Stayed At A Hotel Over Night, in His Own Words "buddy I promise you I will sell you the car tomorrow please stay at hotel, the next day I woke up exited to go buy car, once I arrived he had another person showing the vehicle to another customerI was UPSET about thatHe offered me another vehicleHe told me credit company is closed on weekendsAnd he was afraid that of I would buy the car I would take off with vehicle and never follow up with paymentsI did not like thatcomment I stated I would call police because he had me in a hotel with alot of cash and my familyI did not like his comments as a car seller, I tried calling police in his own words "Buddy Me And You We Don't Call Police We Fight NOW" I walked to my car put mykids in car seat and drove back home after spending Friday Saturday, not going to work , spending money hotel food gas, my young children in hotelsIt was a bad experience for my wife
Customer got mad because finance company declined the financing due to bad credit. We have no control of finance company. They make decisions on financing.
I am rejecting this response because: we drove from Sacramento to Davis were I'm going to school at. The next day we were heading to the Capital in Sacramento and didn't even reach Sacramento before the issues started.
They test drove the car had high miles and they are responsible for any repairs
