herresolution to the issue.Michelle M*** should be recognized as an outstanding addition to theposition she represents within the Christmas Tree Organization

[redacted] frustrations regarding a Christmas Tree Shops order #[redacted] which arrived damaged. A Christmas Tree Shops supervisor was in touch with [redacted] to understand the confusion with the replacement and we were able to determine what happened. She was credited back the amount of the order and was sent an additional $20 for the inconvenience.
