Use at your own risk!!! I used 24/Techies a year and was fairly happy and even renewed but now I'm done and I want compensation for my losses! They are guilty of keeping you on the computer for HOURS unnecessarily while multi-tasking to fix other problems They only send you an email for a "review" if they know they have done a good job, and never send it when they know they've not done well or made things worse Just because they are Microsoft preferred means nothing! I've had to call the supervisor different times just to get him involved to get my simple fixes concluded This last time I simply contacted them to help me get my spam to automatically move to junk folder and to stop the annoying pop up message for the AVAST virus software they installed prior what a disaster has followed I've been back in touch working with them now times since, last night the supervisor was on my computer hours and couldn't repair what they did He couldn't even roll back my computer to an earlier date to before they messed it up Now my Explorer web browser is messed up, & my Outlook crashes randomly I spent hours at Microcenter Tech Help department today and they couldn't undo these new problems 24/Techies also reset my Microsoft Office Suite, and then I could not log back on because I didn't have my code After an hour of attempts by them, still no success Today at Microcenter the Tech immediately told me my subscription had expired was why I couldn't log in, why could they not know that and save my an hour of misery! But still Outlook is crashing I have yet another tech guy from my husbands office coming over tomorrow to see if he can undo what they've done So all this has cost me total loss of peace of mind for days, loss of work for days, and loss of money! It's not all it's cracked up to be, especially not any needs that are complicated, and be prepared to WAIT a long time when you log on with them before they can conclude And all you'll here is excuses, excuses! I'm on the look for another truly reputable service

Techie is a Fraud and steals from customerThey try to rope you into a yearly contract and when that don't work the get for the one timeBut here is the catch, the one time never works it is just a setup to get you in and when you call back they tell you you need the yearly yo get you computer fixed DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND THEY ARE THIEVESYES I SAID IT IS A FRAUD FRAUD

They are fantastic and they take time to make sure that you are satisfied and they have a lot of PATIENCE especially when I don't know the Jargon for computers and they took their time and got me back up and running every time I need them to fix something I did wrong. Rate them the highest number you have and above that.

At first, we loved Hilton Grand Vacation Club.
However, we upgraded and were told that we "were getting a great deal" and purchasing a timeshare "well below its actual value."

When I contacted Hilton's resale department, I was told that the value of our timeshare was less than half of what we owe. If we purchased it below its value, how did it lose $16000 in two years?

Please beware: once you are in, they make it so you can never leave or downgrade.

why does Revdex.com give them a A+ rating? They are clearly scammers at worst and incompetent at best.
