I contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered my help to resolve his concerns. When we spoke he said he would like to have his deal pulled from storage and ask a few questions. I obliged by pulling his deal from storage and then called Mr. [redacted] back via phone. He asked a specific question regarding...

I told him I would get together with the management team at Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge to review the file and have a manager from HHCJD call him back. We reviewed the file for any information regarding a tow hitch or the promise to add a tow hitch and could not find any supporting document to that claim. The manger called Mr. [redacted] and using customer goodwill he said we would split the cost of adding a tow hitch if he wished. Mr. [redacted] wanted to discuss our offer with his wife. Later, Mrs. [redacted] called the manager back and declined our offer at this time.
