We bought a car in September from Nissan and three weeks after we took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer saying that something was wrong and no one was not even look at car just some guy from service take a ride around the building and only they told us had bad gasoline on the carAlmost a month ago we discovered that what was wrong was the transmission , and again took the vehicle to the dealer and there they sent Mercedes Benz where we find out that the warranty had expired on , days before we took the vehicle to the Mercedes Benz dealer
Making the short history mercedes benz wants $ 7,to replace the transmission , which we did know nissan
Seek a solution with nissan but got nowherenissan want us to trade the vehicle with which we would lose $ 11,or else they fixed the car for $ 5500, which are ridiculous , being that we report the problem three weeks after purchasing the vehicle .And in the paper work that we get from Nissan say the dealer is responsable for any problem the car will have for days or miles what ever come first .In order nissan will not make thereon to solve the problem
So we are very disappointed
and frustrated
