I made an app for this Hilton Hotel back in May with I thought I was making it with the hotel but it seems it was Dallas based HiltonI specifically requested a suite because we had our both teenagers with usIt seems we were booked to a double queen in the executive floorWe call headquarters as we were trying to solve the problem, well neither the headquarters person, General manager of the hotel or manager of front desk would take care of usAn hour later we said, okay give us the room you say we booked and the front desk manager said, you now will have to wait until which is check in timeWhen we initially came in we were going to be checked in but I guess we got penalized Is 12:09, check out time is at 10:hrs is not enough time to get a room readyNo effort by anybody to help in any of the issuesI want to make sure other people don't have to go through our experience
