Responding to the case regarding Mr***All the repairs which were completed were done with current testing procedures from the main company that represents Johnson and Evinrude Outboard Products. The company is BRP. We have the latest test equipment and all factory service manuals
We have factory certified technicians who are trained in electrical diagnostic proceduresMr*** had several different electrical failuresHe does not listed to reason and the last time he was into our dealership used extremely vulgar language and was very obnoxious. We stand behind our work and use only factory partsWe do not feel any adjustment or refund is due this customerThanks

We have a court date to resolve this complaint.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: once again they are lying and not telling the entire story, I took my boat their 5 times over a 10 month period with the same 2 problems, 1 hard to start and 2 if it did and I put it in gear the engine dies, $1200 records show this, each time it was in for the same thing, dies when put in gear. The last 3 times I took it they charged me $650, I paid, then went back for the same problem, they said the part was bad out of the box, took it back again, same problem, they replaced a relay for $150, that fixed the problem, this year it doing it again.  YES I was rude the time before last I had it there 5 times and 12 trips by me to no avail, the second to last time I went there I was not happy with their service, I was at my limit, they were charging me another $150 for , as Kim said "will and did fix my problem that's when I got real mad, they took me for over $2000 and I still have the same problem, the LAST time I went there some of my statement I made to Ally, the owner, was from 2 other boat repair shops, they were surprised it coins not have been fixed the first time, I was much nicer the last time, she was mad that I went to the credit card company and for that she would not work with me, after I asked he for a return of my money,that was her quote. 
This is NOT. Made up in my head, I am the one who had the conversations with Kim "office manager" and know the issues were Mia-diagnosed and costed my a lot of un-needed expenses, and Ally knows it as well.
