This is *** with Phoenix Appliance Services, I'd like to briefly describe the service order with *** *** *** requested service from Sonoran, his home warranty company to service the auto cleaning function on his ovenI got the work order and fixed the issueA couple
days later, he called the warranty company stating his oven door glass was brokenThe home warranty company notified *** that the terms of their contract do not cover broken glass for ovens, and that it was up to him whether he wanted to use our company independently for the repairHe was aware that he was going to have to pay for the glass out of pocketHe called me to make an appointment to fix the glass, I came out to diagnose the issue and gave him a quote of $He agreed to with the quote and said to proceed with ordering the partsOn August 15th, I came out with the part and installed it accordinglyWhen I filled out the invoice and repeated the amount due, *** became irateHe then said that the home warranty is supposed to take care of the repair and paymentHe spent roughly minutes on the phone with the home warranty company disputing their initial disclosure, and telling them that they are liable for the repairAfter the home warranty repeated their policy with him, he told me he was willing to pay only $towards the repairI told him that that amount does not even come close to covering my cost of the part, nor was that our agreementAfter deciding to take a lose on the repair and put a stop to the dispute, I gave him a quote of $He agreed to the amount and paid for the invoice with his credit cardThe same day I repaired the oven, he put a dispute on the transaction to void the transactionWe have handled all home warranty claims in the same professional manner for many yearsThis is the first time a customer has attempted to dispute charges after every step of the repair was clearly disclosed to him multiple times, by both myself and the home warranty company with whom he has a policy withIf you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call

I was NEVER INFORMED by either American Home Guardian who is the home warranty company that assigned *** to repair my oven under warranty coverage or *** that I would incur any expense in replacing the glass that *** BROKE when he attempted to repair the self-cleaning function of my Viking oven using a technique that was unadvised by the Viking factory service team and Viking operating manual for the ovenAfter he had installed the replacement glass, *** told me I owed him $385.00, NOT $as he claims in his response here to my original complaintI have made the Revdex.com aware of the lies told by American Home Guardian by presenting irrefutable proofNow, *** is going to lie, as well, about what he tried to charge me AFTER HE HAD COMPLETED THE REPAIR? Are all of these businesses operated by LIARS? Take a close look at the invoice *** presented as an attachment to his responseAlthough the Total and Balance have been altered to read "40", it is obvious that the original total was $385.00, which was the amount he attempted to charge me AFTER HE FINISHED INSTALLING THE NEW GLASS*** nor American Home Guardian ever told me I would be responsible for paying for the replacement glass in the oven *** damaged by utilizing unorthodox and unadvisable procedures to force the oven to self-cleanI am also going to fax the Revdex.com my copy of the bill *** presented to me after installing the glassMy position on my complaint remains the same as it was originally: *** owes me $because he broke my oven glass through his incompetence and lack of training and research on the correct way to operate the self-cleaning function on my Viking oven.
