Good afternoon. I wanted to update you on the complaint filed by *** ***. Attached is her folio with a no show charge of 244.01. Pages 2-show the reservation details. According to the report, the reservation was made on 5/30/for nights (arriving 10/27) at a
total cost of $896.64. The reservation was later accessed on 8/24/and the rate was changed from a $rate per nightTo a $rate per night. The reservation was not cancelled until 10/when the guest did not arrive the night of 10/27. She was charged one night’s room and tax for not cancelling the reservation in time and did not arrive.If the guest can provide a valid cancellation number, we can credit the card.At this time, we have not received a valid cancellation number which is why the charges still exist on her credit card.
