Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe gentleman that I spoke with was extremely nice and so very understandingI appreciate him taking the time to talk with me I did not realize the number I had was directed to his cell phone and he took time away from his family to complete the call which I told him to call me the next day I really appreciate someone that takes the time to talk to me even though I was totally fine with waiting until the next dayThank you again for your hospitality and promptness to fix all of thisLooking forward to my stay now Sincerely, [redacted]
