Ill never stay at a Hilton again!!! Stayed there labor day weekend awful showed up at 11:barley made it during check in time hours...Tired from a hour drive I was more than ready to sleep after long day at workFirst the floor that our room was on smelt awful!! mildew and smoke smell bad impressionThe room did not have the smell thankfully so ignored the hallway!! fiancé was taking a shower and got out and was drying off a Roach crawled over her foot!! I killed the roach and as we are talking another runs across the floorAwesomeso I call the front desk lady was very very nice and immediately put us in another roomshe comp'd the breakfast for the next morning even though saying it was fine very sweet lady!!! no other issues the entire stay until checkout I had valet drivers park my vehicle all weekend I received my truck the next morning threw the bags in the truck and took off not even seconds down the road notice issues with vehicleNot familiar with the area I finally found a walmart and pulled in, my rear axle was knocked completely sideways pushed the tire into the fender and bent itStuck hours from home I call the manager of the Hilton waited several hours for him to check security cameras never returned my call and I assume screening my callsFinally I decide to call a taxi go back to the hotel Mr R [redacted] the hotel manager said he did not see anything on camerasI asked to see them he said he couldn'tAlso was stated that none of the cameras work in the parking garage which is a coincidence hmmWould not help in any way avoided questions and pretty much said good luck and that it happens to just file it on my insuranceNeedless to say haven't had help from the hotelIts been nearly months now...I guess only way to get things taken care of is getting an attorneyNo customer respect
