I am very surprised by this from Mr. [redacted], he was worried about having enough money but never expressed any opinion that he felt like he was treated unfair. I even let him take the vehicle unpaid and told him he can stop by on Friday to pay...

the bill after he got paid, he thanked me for that and agreed, but never paid or communicated with us again.
In response to Mr. [redacted]'s statement -
He did call and the schedule a cv shaft replacement, we told him it would be completed on Tuesday the 26th so I felt no need to call since it was completed on schedule. When he picked up the vehicle it did shake, I rode with him and initially told him the cv shaft could be faulty. After pulling it back on the hoist we found that the problem was from Mr. [redacted] personally adjusting his torsion bars too tight and from a worn out control arm, it was not from poor workmanship on our part. We adjusted the torsion bars and replaced the control arm to fix the problem. Notice this quote from Mr. [redacted] own Revdex.com complaint - "told [redacted] it has never shaken like that and it needs to be fixed" - If that statement isn't authorization to do a repair, then nothing is. We even gave him a free alignment with the control arm replacement since he has done business with us before. Mr [redacted] was treated more than fair, received good service and was even allowed to pay later since he didn't have all the money. Since he has never came back to pay and now seems to have a poor attitude bordering on libel and slander, we will step up and put an end to this issue. - Mr. [redacted], keep the [redacted] that you promised to pay on Friday after you picked up your vehicle, just remember that [redacted] of it is money we spent buying the control arm that is on your vehicle. Your refusal to pay as agreed is nothing short of stealing, but if that is how you choose to conduct your life we will allow it. Hopefully this satisfies all parties and proves that we are a business built on honesty and integrity.

I NEVER gave permission to change anything more than a cv shaft on the passenger side. That's the bottom line. I NEVER said replace anything that they think is wrong with my vehicle. Even with a bad cv shaft my vehicle has never shook before they touched it. If there was something more wrong they should have confronted me before trying to spend [redacted] of my paycheck that Friday. I didn't express that I had a problem with it right away because I wasn't about to let them hold my vehicle for something they did wrong. Which obviously they would have tried. They lost my trust and businesses along with many others. Thank you Revdex.com for helping me in the process of making things right.
