I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am very proficient in Spanish and the worker and proprietor never mentioned any alcoholThe man stated that he was in trouble for bringing out his phoneEither way the way he treated his workers was unacceptable and any person would know that if they sat two minutes in his restaurant. If I was not to bring my drink in I should have been told when I came in and not when I was checking outOn the menu, no where does it state the person will be penalizedIt is just a tactic to get more money I have recalculated my total three times and I am still dollars overI was not given the option to tip so it could not be a tipThis owner does not know how to treat people and tries to get everything he wants by any means necessary.

First of all, every single customer that comes to the restaurant gets a printed cash register receiptIn fact, I insist if the customer says they don't need itI have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and I'm fully aware of how to treat my employeesI'm well within my rights as an
employer to reprimand a worker who comes to work intoxicatedi had the time of my life to explain to the complainant that regular beverages such as juices, sodas and bottled water were EXCLUDED FROM OUR BYOB POLICYAnd now I still repeat this loud and clearThe complainant has not been overcharged a penny more than his original billI have wasted my precious time to explain this and there will be no further explanation on my part The complainant insisted that the non alcoholic drinks they brought in be included as the ones that qualify under the BYOB umbrellaThis logic is insaneI rest my case
