The product is great the service I wish I could say the sameMultiple times we have not received the correct products, One time it took separate shipments to get it rightI paid the shipping because of their mistakesWe are a small business and when we spend a considerable amount on an order and it is taking 3+ weeks to arrive it is hurting our businessI can understand it taking slightly longer in certain situations but time after time I get told "your shipment will be there on day" and I call to find out that it hasn't even shipped yet and its a week after the date they said it would arriveNOT IMPRESSED!
