I am rejecting this response because:Craig, you are a liarI had enough dealing with you and do not see any way we can find a resolution when you are constantly lying regarding the factsWe never blamed you for breaking the back panel, why would you say that? It is not broken and in perfect condition like when purchasedRegarding the panel you employee opened, he indeed was the one responsible for breaking itHe was actually the only one that opened it since it was purchased years agoSo your saying basically we bought a brand new jacuzzii with a broken panel? I'm surprised that only dealing with you here you say that it was broken before, but in your communication with us you never said that, only offered to come and glue itAlso, if you protect your self in your contract against damage you do while inspection, why are you trying so hard here to make it seem like it was not your responsibility...? I was never asked to sign any thing in the beginning, in fact I only saw your emplyee once he started working on the JacuzziOnly at the end, it was brought to my attention the absurd price that has not connection to reality that you charge for inspectionThe only reason Tom agreed to pay that on the phone was since you said it will be deducted from the fixing costHe never thought you would try to scam him for the fixing cost as well, and ask for 1,800$ to fix a problem that should be around 600$After googling your name I understand this is an ongoing problem customers have with you and that I am not the first oneIn fact, I discovered we were actually the lucky ones in not continuing with you and the ones who really got scammed by you were the ones who got lured into hiring your services. Reviews are not slanderReviews are there to express an experience you have with a service providerI will tell you what is slander- slander is when you get hit with a bad review because the way you treat your customers, and as revenge you go and spread negative reviews to the people you provided service withThat is slanderAnd the people at Revdex.com are aware you did that to us.On top of that you go around writing positive reviews for your own company, which would of been amusing if it wasn't sadI wrote you a very sweet letter right after your guy came, explaining my position, and offering you charge us a bit over whats considered the inspection fee in the market to correct my experienceYou ignored itI told you this before, and I will tell you this again- If you treat your customers with honor and dignity and try to provide fair services for a reasonable price, you will probably get positive reviewsIf you try to scam them out of money, you will get hit with negative reviews

we would have responded accordingly. Upon this notice, I immediatly called the homeowner and got their voicemail. I left a message indicating that I would like to address their concern and to forward the pics to to my email. I have not heard back from them .I am sending you a copy of the contract that they have signed that they were satisfied upon our completion which contradicts their complaint sent forth.My answer to their complaint as follows:1) I never told them we use bridge paint. Bridge paint is Epoxy and  Pool Paint is Rubber. Also, I never told them it would last 15 or 20 years. Our Contract indicates that we do not give any guarantee or warrantee on  used/existing Pools(see 3b&3d on contract).I did tell them that the manufacturer that makes our Paint also makes paint for all sorts of Industrial and commercial applications and is preffered to typical retail or internet sub par quality paint.2)The home owner requested to Power Wash the Pool surface prior to our start in order to save Money which is cleary noted both in Comments and Description on the Contract. We did in fact Acid etch and Tri-sodium Phosphate nuetralize Pool prior to applying the Rubber Coating  which took place another day after Pool was dry.We do not paint over dirt. It is possible the old plaster was stained and we coat over that because stains wont come out in most cases. Also, remember the homeowner was responsible to Power Wash all Dirt off Pool per contract which contradics their complaint of us painting over dirt.3) Home owner states tiles we replaced (5feetwide) fell off withen a year indicates that they noticed it recent  after Winter sub Zero Months in 2016. Home owner is responsible to pay a service call fee for any service call performed after pool work  has been completed and signed off as satisfactory by the purchaser(see2f on contract). We give no warranty or guarantee against the tiles becoming loose. Some reasons why tile becomes loose are pool design can allow the pool to flex during winter months and cause ground expansion movement of pool , or owners allow pool water to get too high during winter which causes Ice to expand inside Pool at tile level or just the existing condition of the older pool in itself.Although the terms and conditions agreed upon which are outlined in the contract are clear and concise we are always concerned about customer concerns and try to help in any way. We  are willing to look at the concern in hopes of working with the homeowner to help solve the issues amicably . Our email is [redacted].net  We request pics be sent of the area of concern.
