tells me they are using the former owner as an excuse. I was a long time client of [redacted] from 1990 until he sold. These people are just fraudsters intent on not accepting responsibility for their own negligence. As I had to hire someone to replace them I can prove that the issues were real and that their "cannot find the records" excuse can well be defeated by those who observed them at work, as lousy of a job as it was!
